Perpetual (One-Time Fee) or Subscription Licenses

RAD PDF is licensed per machine. Developer machines (e.g. laptops, workstations) require a Developer License and server machines require a Server License. We offer two pricing options, subscription licenses (each valid for one machine, for one year) and perpetual licenses (each valid for one machine, forever).

All licenses are subject to the RAD PDF License Agreement, but we can negotiate custom licenses if needed.

Maintenance Plan / Subscription Renewal

Maintenance Plans provide a perpetual licensee with uninterrupted access to technical support and product upgrades if renewed prior to plan expiration. If you wish to reactivate your Maintenance Plan after your plan has expired, a surcharge will apply.

Perpetual licenses can be used without an active Maintenance Plan, however support and product updates will not be provided.

Subscription licenses must be renewed on a yearly basis and include technical support and product updates during the term of the subscription.

Online credit card purchases are handled by Stripe.
Orders are typically processed and delivered the same business day.
